What messages will my patient receive from PeerWell?

For 7 days after you add a patient to PeerWell, they will receive daily email reminders with instructions on how to complete their registration with program snippets. They will also receive daily text messages for a total of 10 days that links to complete registration.

Once they have registered, they will continue to receive daily emails and text message reminders. In the email reminder, they will receive a completion percentage of their tasks and exercises, as well as a list of any previous ones they may have missed.

Patients can stop these emails and text messages at any time. Every email we send contains an 'unsubscribe' link that a patient can click on. Also, if a patient replies with the single word 'STOP' to a text message, no future text messages will be sent.
