Will the PeerWell Dashboard show all patients or will it be filtered to show only patients assigned to the Owner?
Case Owners will see their own patients as a default view in the dashboard. They do not have the ability to view other Case Owner's patient lists. If this is a necessity, please notify PeerWell to have your account changed to an admin account.
Partner Admins have the added ability of seeing "All Patients" in the organization as their default patient list view, but can filter by team or a specific case Owner. Or they can choose "My Patients" to see cases where they are identified as their own.
Partner Admins also have the ability to add new Owners to their team and/or organization by clicking on Team in the top left. This will take them to their Team List view, where they can add new member in the top right corner by clicking on "Add Owner"
