What is an Owner?

Adjusters or Nurse Case Managers who coordinate care for a specific patient's claim are designated as the Owner of that case. There can only be one Owner on any given case, although if added, Care Team Members will be able to view the case too (but not edit). The Administrators for your company can edit and view also.
