What if my patient doesn't want to give me an email to join?
The system will not let you to proceed with filling out the invite form if your patient does not want to provide an email address. A workaround for this is that you can enter the patient's email@example.com as their email address.
By doing this, the patient will not receive the email invite that contains the instructions on how to download the app and complete their registration. They will need to search for PeerWell in their smartphone's app store or register on the web app (app.peerwell.co) and use the email address that you input in the Invite Form as their username. If they enter anything else, the system will not allow them proceed with registration.
